Meet Dr. Ali Fatemi, DDS, FICOI, FAGD
Dr. Fatemi attended the University of Maryland at College Park, then received his doctorate from the Columbia School of Dental & Oral Surgery in New York City. Followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Columbia University’s School of Dental & Oral Surgery in affiliation with New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Fatemi has also completed continuing education courses in orthodontics, TMD (facial pain & headaches) therapy, dental implants & pediatrics. He holds two years of continuing education in implant dentistry, and one year of intensive training for IV sedation at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Fatemi is a member of the American Dental Association, the Southern Maryland Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Academy of General Dentistry, and he is a fellow & member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Meet Dr. Chapman
Dr. Chapman is an attentive and empathetic dentist whose primary goal is to provide excellent oral healthcare. After earning a bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, Dr. Chapman received her dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry. After obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, she completed a General Practice Residency program at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York. Dr. Chapman understands that dental anxiety and phobia is a barrier to care for many patients and has completed continuing education courses in pain management, oral sedation, and patient management. Dr. Chapman is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Women Dentists.
